Saratov State University is one of the oldest Higher Educational Institutions in Russia with rich history.
It was founded on December 6, 1909 as the Imperial Saratov University & has been developing dynamically ever since that day. New departments were set up & new buildings were constructed which added to the Saratov State University growth and development.

Here I'll tell you something about the work of Russian teachers (or rather about their non-official earnings).
The teacher's work in Russia is considered to be one of the least prestigious as their salaries are the lowest in Russia.
The government of Russia does not care of education and teachers.
So teachers have to think of different tricks to take some money or some services from the parents of their pupils.

To receive education at universities of Russia it is very cheerful.
When the criminal situation in the toilets of one of the Saint Petersburg universities became quite anxious the administration decided to take measures.
